I search the IFHF's online database @ ROOTSIRELAND.IE. It has abt 19 million B/M/D and other records for MOST Irish counties. Records before 1863 are increasingly scarce. By 1800 they are almost non-existant. Protestant records were the least likely to survive.
For William Lynn B 1881 (exact), somewhere in Ireland with a father forenamed Henry and mother Mar(y) Primrose, I found 1 record: 1881, Co. Fermanagh. A view of the detailed records (usually at a small fee) SHOULD confirm the parents' names and reveal other lesser details.
For a Henry Lynn and Mar(y) Primrose marriage in 1873 +/- 5 yrs, somewhere in Ireland, I found ZERO records. Suggest you try the Public Records Office for Northern Ireland (google PRONI) to search its records. It MAY have civil B/M/D records which are more inclusive than those at ROOTSIRELAND.IE.
Hope this helps. Good luck and happy new year.
