Wm Henry & Maggie Clarke’s marriage was registered in Irvinestown in Jan – Mar 1901, Volume 2, page 168. If you get a copy of that certificate it should give you Maggie’s father’s name.
I see the family lived in Tedd in the 1901 census. Griffiths Valuation of 1862 listed 3 Clarke households in that townland then. George, William and Andrew Clarke. It seems likely that one of them was Maggie’s father.
The family were Methodist in the 1901 census. I’d be inclined the local Methodist records (parish of Derryvullan) for births marriages etc. PRONI have copies of the following records: M. Irvinestown [Wesleyan Methodists] Baptisms, 1829-1913 (circuit); marriages, 1863-1918.
Prior to that they probably attended the Church of Ireland, at least for baptisms and marriages, but unfortunately their early records were destroyed in the 1922 fire in Dublin.
Possible deaths that might relate to this family, all registered Irvinestown:
George Clarke Apr – Jun 1879, Vol 2, page 148. Est year of birth 1827
George Clarke 1874 Vol 7, page 131, est year of birth 1801
Andrew Clarke Jan – Mar 1890, Vol 2, page 124, est year of birth 1826
Andrew Clarke 1872, Vol 7, page 122, est year of birth 1776.
William Clarke Oct – Dec 1897, Vol 2, page 91, est year of birth 1824.
William Clarke 1867 Vol 12, page 90, age 0.
William Clarke Jan – Mar 1890 Vol 2, page 124, age 13.
William Robert Clarke 1875 Vol 2, page 153 age 3.
