Terry
Thank you for your reply, any information you can give me, will be great, and any you can get me, I will pay for, or even if you tell me how to go about getting this information, and the name of the chapel, or school that you talk about.I am not getting anywhere, in the Irish dept, I have sent for records, and had my money sent back twice, the only information I have is names on the Edinburgh, SCOTLAND census, naming Lewis or louis Fusco and wife Elizabeth, she was from Dublin and had a son called John Fusco in about 1876, as he was 15 yrs old on the 1891 census, and his birth place says Belfast.
I have had info from another guy, saying his g.g.grandfather
was a Fusco, and he told me he married elizabeth Guinness, she was a widow, and had other children, He said her family disowned her because of this, so It may have been the catholic and protestant bit, but I dont know if Elizabeth was a protestant, or if Guinness was her first maiden name or her married name, when she was a widow.
Terry you are my only source on the Irish side, so please do what you can, or let me know what I should be doing.
Helen Miller (Fusco)
