Good Morning Ralph: No I am not a professional as of yet. I am just an amataeur. In addition to searching my own family I get request from around the world from others for assistance in the US.

I grew up in a defined part of the USA and have just completed a search for a Mr. Will Lindsay, Langford Lodge Rd., in Ireland. He was in search the family of 1st Lt. Fred Anthony Barton who was killed WWII, 1 July 1945, Langford Lodge Air Depot in a plane crash. He was 1st buried 4 Jul 1945 in Ireland and then 17 July 1948 was brought back to the USA and buried again in West View Cemetery, Atlanta, Fulton County, GA. This area of GA is my specialty as this is the area I grew up in and still have family there. I return during the year to visit as it is only abt 35 miles from where I live.

1954 I married into the Joseph Holland Family. 1857 He married Mary Ann Anderson. Joseph Holland had children by
Mary Ann Anderson, Mary Ann McClusky and Mary Ann Moore.
Have birth certificates to validate mothers names.
There were only four sons b to Joseph- Joseph Anderson Holland s/o Mary Ann Anderson,William George went to New Zealand-Walter died in an asylum 1917 and Fred came to the USA 1904. These three are given as s/o Mary Ann McClusky/McCluskey.
There were daus b Eliza Jane b to Mary An Anderson-who married Robert Dickson,Mary Ann to Mary Ann Anderson who married John Alexander Morrison, Margaret b to Mary Ann McClusky who married Thomas Whiteside, Adelaid Holland-never married and Mable Fitzgerald Holland b to Mary Ann Moore who married John Archer Pollock.
This has been a 20+ year search and am still chasing Eliza Jane Holland Dickson who had a son b 1898 by the Name of Joseph Holland Dickson. Know he was alive in 1918 as he is mentioned in a letter she wrote to her brother, Fred in USA, advising him that his mother had died. Have a marriage certificate on Eliza Jane and Robert Dickson-a birth certificate on their son Joseph Holland Dickson. No further info has been found.

Mary Ann Holland who married John Alexander Morrison 1903 and have a marriage certificate on this couple. No further information has geen found on them. I know she was alive in 1918 when Mary Ann Holland died as she and Eliza Jane both are mentioned in her will. Beyond that have been unable to find any other info.

Have either birth, marriage or death certificates validating the above information. Joseph Holland had two daus that died young. Emma Holland was 7yrs and Clara Holland was 18 and both buried in Belfast Cemetery in the plot next to him along with their sister Margaret (Maggie) Holland Whiteside and Eliza Holland who died 1875 at the age of 57 and I believe this to be his mother. This is due to a time line. She is too old to be his sister.

In between all of the above research that numerous researchers are so willing to share, my own searching and what I have paid for I have come a long way in my search when I began 1977 with a letter to the Presbyterian Church-which was passed on to St. Columba's Church Knock where I later found that Fred Holland had married Margaret Luke in 1896. They had a dau Josephine b 1898 and she was also christened there. They had two sons that are buried thee in the same plot with their grand father Joseph Holland Belfast City Cemetery.

So many king and gracious people have helped me over the years that I would be remiss if I did not return the favor by assisting someone else. What would we do without each other including you. Thank you for every post you send me they give something to think about and sometime a new search begins.

You did not ask for all of this, however, it will hopefully help you understand why I am constantly on the search.
