Alice Rea (dau of William Rea / Rhea of Drumskee 1680-1785)
m. Mr. Adair at Dromore (Parish which included Ballynahinch), Co Down, N. Ireland, had son, Robert Adair.
He may have been of the Adair family who were associated with Matthew Rhea in shipping and immigration from Ireland ?

m.1stly Eleanor Snodgrass, bc 1725, Ireland,
(dau of Benjamin Snodgrass )
d. 1783, Chambersburg, Franklin Co. PA,
buried: Rocky Spring Presbyterian Church Cem.,
m.2ndly Rosanna English, bc. 1725,
m. 3rdly Martha Grier (Greer) Wallace, bc.1725.
Samuel Rhea d. 1811, Green Twp, Franklin Co. PA,
buried: Rocky Spring Presbyterian Church Cem.

About 1750, Samuel Rhea, oldest son of Matthew Rhea,
probably in Co Down, N. Ireland, m. Eleanor Snodgrass.
(Benjamin Snodgrass, was a widower and
was accompanied to America by one daughter, Mary.
It is presumed that his son stayed in Ireland, married and was the father
of the Miss Snodgrass who m. Samuel Rhea. )
This Benjamin Snodgrass, came from the north of Ireland
and c.1730 settled in New Britain Twp, Bucks Co, Pennsylvania,
on the Nechaminy Creek.
