If you put, donegal genealogy resources, into google that will lead you to Lindel Buckley's web site which has an amazing amount of information on the Templecrone area. Apart from the intensity of her web site, it is also Free!
Since the birth dates of 1883 and 1887 are well after the beginning of civil registrations(1864), compliance at that stage should have been good. Also Annie's marriage certificate should reveal her Father's name.
