Message Board Post:

Hi Patti,

Your Great-Gandfather (Michael Terney) and my Great-Grandfather (Thomas Richard Tierney) were brothers. My line (Thomas, Thomas Richard, Edward A, Mary) stayed in Bayonne, NJ, eventually moving to Staten Island.

I have information on our Great-Great-Grandparents (Thomas Tierney and Bridget Quigley) who were from Ennis Parish, County Clare, Ireland.

Contact me if you want to swap info. We are planning a large Tierney reunion for this coming Fall.

Bernie Ernst
