Kathleen, I just found some notes that I took a few years ago from the Kilchrist and Clondegad & United Parishes Baptisms from September 20th 1846

FHL Film No. 979693.

October 12th 1848, James
Parents James Grady and Margaret Meehan
Sponsors: Michael Meer???Meehan??? and Catherine Grady.

Are you sure that your Gradys came from Dublin?? When I saw the surname Meer?Meehan I thought it could be of interest to you.
