Hi James,
My is Ml O'Connell and I live near Kilkee where your ancestors come from, I have a great intrest in local history and I know the nephew of Houlihan man who was drowned in the accident. I think I can help you as i have recorded an account of the tradgey for local radio. There are McNamara desendants still in the area so feel free to reply to my post through the forum.
