I found information about your Luttrells, some of which you already have, but some which you may not have acquired. This information was found at the Latter Day Saints International Genealogical Index (IGI) and Pedigree Resource File (PRF) at www.familysearch.org
Other information about the Luttrells was also found at the LDS produced British Isles Vital Records Index on a multiple CD set. The first record below is for the birth record index of a George Glanville Luttrell, born 1 July 1864 according to his civil registration record. The full birth records for the un-named female and male Luttrell children born 12 April would be on the same LDS microfilm, number 101187.
It's possible the un-named child born in 1866 and the twin Luttrells born in 1869 will have baptism records if these children had not died before being christened. These baptism records should reveal their first names. However, you did not mention if Henry Luttrell and Eliza Glanville were Roman Catholic or belonged to the Church of Ireland or Presbyterian Church. According to a book by Brian Mitchell called "A Guide To Irish Parish Registers," the Church of Ireland registers for Carlow Town, in the civil parish of Carlow, go back to the year 1744. The book also shows the Roman Catholic registers commence in 1769, while the Carlow Presbyterian Church records start in 1820. The Carlow Presbyterian Church merged with the Presbyterian Church of Athy, Kildare in 1936.
It's also possible the marriage record of Henry White Luttrell and Eliza Glanville are in listed in the Carlow church registers, provided of course, they were married in the Carlow civil parish.

This information was submitted to the Pedigree Resource File by an American lady named Margret Atwood. Unfortunately, Margret Atwood does not provide an address where she can be reached:

After finding this information I searched for a marriage record of Henry White Luttrell and Catherine Bowes. I did not find the marriage record but did locate the birth records, again submitted by Margret Atwood to the PRF, for three of their children. One of these children is Henry Luttrell. The record shows he married Eliza Glanville. Only the birth record for Edward Luttrell contains a birth date:

Margret Atwood also submitted information to the PRF about the birth of Catherine Luttrell, daughter of Edward Luttrell and Anne Chester. Though born in Dublin, the record shows that Catherine died in Decatur, Illinois in 1907. Catherine is also shown to have married a Thomas Lyons in Clifton, Ireland on 24 April 1861. The record doesn't mention where in Ireland Clifton is. There is a Clifton on County Cavan. Could Margret have meant Clifden in County Galway? There are also towns named Clifden in Clare and Kilkenny. Please see below:
