I am 5th generation Irish-American. My parents were so close mouthed about any of our ancestry that I was abt 16 before I became aware of my Irish heritage. I have never been to Ireland.

I have traced my Connors Irish ancestors to Kilcommon parish in Co. Tipperary in 1832 and my Milliken Scots-Irish ancestors to the siege of Londonderry in 1688.
