Hi i am looking for information on my great aunts Marion and Maria Sands.
They were brought up in Belfast, Ireland and their parents were Michael Francis Sands and Maria Kennedy. Michael and Maria also had 2 sons, Daniel and Thomas.
They lived in the Shankill area on Ligoniel road and Lime Hill Street.
Michael sailed to New York in 1907 with Maria snr going to England.
Marion sailed to America on the Carmania from Liverpool and arrived Nov 20th 1920. Maria jnr sailed on the Columbia from Derry and arrived Aug 7th 1921.
They settled at 1013 4th Avenue, Asbury park, Newark, New Jersey.
I would be grateful for any information.
