This might be her, the site does have Belfast birth records you might want to check out the information that is provided on the site as to what records are available.
I noticed it was there twice I have found in the past the occasional record entered twice it could be the same person

The other option if you haven’t done so is the NZ death records, I received one for a 1907 death named mother (maiden name also) and father and the place he came from in Ireland.
