Thank you Ralph for your kind reply to my query, and for the research you've completed. I question that any of these individuals would work due to the dates.
My genealogy traces back to five Trimble brothers who immigrated to America from Armaugh, Ireland in the early 1730's. The eldest of these brothers was born in 1710 and the youngest in abt. 1725. They were all of the Presbeterian faith throughout all of their lives. At what period of an individuals life did baptisim occur normally during that time frame?
Another thought I might pass along to you is that these brothers had close ties to Sir Archibald Atkinson possibly as tenants. Two of the brothers carried certificates of testiment as to their good character and qualifications as surveyors from him.
