To Whom It May Concern. ( For the record.)
The following inscription is on a headstone at Waikaraka Cemetery, Auckland, New Zealand.
In loving memory of Hugh Joseph Neary,Sgt NZ police, late of Cavan,Ireland. born, Belleek Co.Armagh 26/11/1889
died Auckland 13/9/1949.
I haven't been able to trace any family for him in New Zealand but relatives in Ireland or the UK may be able to place him.
