Hello Deb,
I am a descendant of one of the Andrews families who left Armagh in 1847. I was recently in Armagh and noted that there were three Andrews families listed in the 1753 Poll Book - Thomas, Robert and William. Their Townland was listed as Ballyloughan. Their Parish was Kilmore. I did not come across other documentation for "Andrews" until the 1864 County of Armagh numeration. At that time there were only five Andrews names listed. They include: Robert of Newtown Hamilton, C'Blaney Street (townland), Newtownhamilton (Parish); Jane, same as Robert. Another Robert Andrews, Ballyloughan (townland), Kilmore (Parish). James Andrews, Drumnakelly (townland), Drumcree (Parish). Elizabeth Andrews, Ballynaleck (townland), Ballymore (parish). Hope this helps. Garry Andrews
