I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's online database.

For Mary Doyle B 1864 +/- 4 yrs, I found 9 rcds. 2 were in Ballymacnab: 1 1861, the other 1862.

For Arthur Doyle, I found 2 B rcds, 1 in 1855 Lwr Killeavy parish, the other in 1862 Ballymacnab parish.

It looks like your best shot is for Ballmacnab parish with Mary B 1861 and Arthur B 1862. You MAY find siblings in the same parish. Will leave this for you to explore.

A view of the detailed rcd for each SHOULD show the parents' names. Google the Foundation's name to browse the database.
