DIED -- in this city, Dec. 13th, Dr. Patrick TEGART, aged 50 years, a native of Newry, County Armagh, Ireland. [His funeral will take place this day (Saturday) from the Catholic Church, at 10 o'clock a.m.]

DEATH of DR. TEGART -- We regret to announce the death of Dr. TEGART, which took place in this city yesterday. The deceased was born March 17th, 1812, in the county of Armagh, Ireland, and received his medical education at the Faculte de Paris, in which city he resided for a period of 15 years. He emigrated to California in 1850, and settled in the northern part of the State, where he continued to reside until 1854, when he made this city his place of residence, and remained here up to the time of his death. He leaves 2 sisters living in Paris. The deceased was warmly esteemed by those who knew him most intimately and was regarded as an able physician by those with whom he was associated in the practice of his profession.
