Hi Abagail: Elwin Hemphill in Nova Scotia, Canada here. I'm not sure If I'm an angel-my halo is a little rusty. Anyway, maybe this will help. There's a lady in Ballymoney called Dorothy Arthur,who wrote a book on old Ballymoney Church of Ireland Graveyard. There is a Montgomery in her book who was married to a Culbertson.
