Hi,
I'm gathering information on my family's history and their relations to the Qajar Dynasty. My mother's last name is Yamini and her father, Azizollah Yamini, and his father Fatollah Khan (Yamini), are somehow related to the son of Nasser-ed-Din Shah (Qajar) who is Hussein Ali Mirza or “Yamin-al-Saltaneh”. He was born in 1890, which is around the same time my great grandfather, Fatollah Khan, was born. I've been doing a lot of research here: http://www.qajarpages.org/qajtoc.html but I still can't find any connections. Other information I have is that the Yamin or Yamini family has been living in Hamadan as far as anyone can remember. I also know that Minu Yamini, the mother of Nobel Peace Prize winner Shirin Ebadi, is related to my grandfather, Azizollah Yamini, and they also lived in Hamadan. If anyone has any information or connections with the Yamini family or Hossein Ali Mirza or Yamin-al-Saltaneh, please let me know. Thank you for the help.
