Hi Russ,
I know it's been awhile as I got involved in family matters and had no time to look at this. You asked:
If you look at your Printer list, is there a Family Tree Maker "printer"? Yes I have a printer called Family Tree.

And, just to verify that you are trying to Run Family Tree Maker As Administrator? Yes, I am

Did you look at the Compatibility setting on the Properties page for the FTM ICON? Ok, this is where I am confused. On that window I have a box to check: Run this program in comptibility mode for: Windows XP (Service Pack 2) If I check that box I get a drop down meun of All the Windows programs. My old version was Window XP, I believe. I do not know if it was Service Pack 2 or what? Need to know how I can tell which version I have? Can you tell me where and what I need to do to find out that info.
Thanks for all your help, I do appreciate it.
Donna Jo
