Donna,

I haven't looked at Version 10 for quite a while and don't remember when the generation of PDF files were introduced.

If you look at your Printer list, is there a Family Tree Maker "printer"?

And, just to verify that you are trying to Run Family Tree Maker As Administrator?

Did you look at the Compatibility setting on the Properties page for the FTM ICON?
