Hi Russ,
Yes I did install the program under administrator. Under the error message was:
Check for solutions online
Run Program
Cancel
I just X out or closed the error message screen as I didn't know what I need to do. When I sign on, I have the FTM icon and when I try and open it, I get the error message screen again. I just need to know what I need to do? Any help you can offer me is much appreciated.
