The reason I am responding to your message is because my husband was adopted when he was about 3 years old with his birth sister. We are looking for his birth parents. We have some information about them, we know that his birth father's name is Carroll Inscoe, possibly Carroll Raymond Inscoe, Jr. and his birth mother's name is Barbara Inscoe, her maiden name is Kephart. They were married in 1965 and were 19 years old at that tiem. We do not know if they are still married. They lived in Washington DC at that time and my husband was born in Washington DC and his birth sister he thinks was born in Maryland.
My husband's birth name was Michael Edward Inscoe and his sister's first name at birth was Terry or it could have beeb spelled Terri.
My husband was born in 1965 and his sister was born in 1967.
We do not want to interrupt their lives we just want to know if they are still alive and if they are okay.
If they do want to talk or meet we can all agree on something.
