Dear Cree,
H.E. Wallace wrote a large book on Inskeep and also did a series of newspaper articles in the Moorefield, WVa, "Examiner" in 1908-9 which can be found on microfilm at the LDS library. He pretty much covered the ground.
I am looking for information about Hope Inskeep who married Parr Willard in 1784 at Gloria Dei/Old Swede's Church in Philly. They had several children, one of whom I hope is my ancestor James Willard but I can't find any christening or birth record. Have you come across them? Ellen Siu
