Where is this Inscription from?

Has anyone ever heard of this inscription before? It is engraved on the tombstones of several ancestors who died in the mid 1800's. Is this a verse from the bible?

Remember man, as you pass by
As you are now, so once was I
As I am now, so you will be
Prepare for Death, you'll follow me.
