I don't read or speak German but it looks like Jacob Pilgerman is from Scheummers. The math doesn't seem right or one of the numbers is off. He was born (gebohren) June 4th 1734 and died June 6th 1864, but his age is reading 29 years, 11 months, 3 weeks and 3 days.
The online translators aren't understanding all the words, but standardized spelling wasn't in practice then so that could be why.
