latin translation

I have a copy of a baptism from 1909 with the notation "baptizaoi(might be BAPTIZAVI) in doneo propter periculum mortis". Then it gives the name of the sponser with the notation "patrini fuerunt". Can anyone traslate this? The person died that day. Many thanks. Pat Morris
