Latin Translations - Marriage Records

I'm looking for some help translating some marriage records - I have a general idea of what the records say, but there are some words that I don't understand, and others that are probably misspelled. I realize it may be difficult to answer without looking at the actual text, but if anyone has experience with old German-Latin writing from the 18th century, you may recognize some of the writing style.

Here they are:
1713, 28 Aug:
I (virtuosa) virgo Catharina WINCKIN ambo hujus (pramifsis pramittendis) in Ecclesia nostra qua hoc copulati sunt Hergenfeld adolesean Joes Theodorus JACKEL ex hergenfeld Virgo Odilia BECKER hujus.

This marriage is between Joes Theodorus JACKEL and Odilia Becker. I have only found a couple of latin references to the words "Pramifsis pramittendis", but the words were not translated into English. Also, what does the phrase "virtuosa virgo Catharina Winckin" mean?

Here's the second record, and this one is much more challenging because the text was very hard to read:

"6 ta oebris 1795 copulati hiut a Jacellano Straub Joannes Petrus JECKEL et Christina BRILIN et quia natus courenbiaccyeria in secundo goatie jevesberunt couciuacaub ad fataubiani golloriem quinciki allanda ucarent ut
conjugoen vi copulati sunt ne nostri eveniat queod a pactori in Shoneberg conjigis"

I know the marriage is between Joannes Petrus JECKEL and Christina BRILL, and took place on October 6, 1795 in Schoneberg, Prussia, but the rest is untranslatable to me...

Any help is welcome.

Thanks,
Joe
