Inscription inside Grandma's ring.

Hi,
Inscription inside the band of the ring reads OB10K.I know 10K stands for 10 karat, but what does OB stand for? These are not the initials of the owner and it is joined to the 10K.There is also a diamond shape with a dot in the middle of it about halfway around the other side[still inside].
Any idea of what this means?I am trying to track down where this might have been made.
Thanks for taking the time to read this.
