The Insall Manor story has been shown to be incorrect. When Pam Hodges went to Chipping Norton and took the picture we have all seen, the historians there said there was no such place there and the building was not right to be 400 or so years old. To bring you up to date, I have now made contact with two Insall descendants of our Thomas Holifield Insall's kin, his sister Elizabeth and his Aunt Ann. Ann married Thomas Bliss and I have obtained photos of some of her descendants. His sister Elizabeth married Richard Alderman and had one daughter Anne who married Job Hatherell. Please contact me and I will share the new information.
