Thank you for responding to my query. Do you happen to know the birth and death dates for your John Innis or when he was in Virginia? There was an Innis family long seated in the Northern Neck of Virginia. The John Innis that I am looking for might have lived down there. He had an account at Accakeek Iron Works in Stafford, Virginia in the late 1740s. However, this furnace served a large area and he certainly didn't have to live in or even near Stafford to have had this account.
