My Dad had been researching some information before he passed away. All the names you mention sound familiar. I was still fairly young when dad died and I didn't appreciate geneology the way I should have. I remember dad talking about his Uncles Merrill and Emerson. I will look through the information he had and see what I can find.
The Gantz family was an early family in Franklin County as well, there is a Gantz park in Grove City where they have an annual reunion.
