Isn't the internet incredible?I think I should start w/Rothes and Dundurcas, but that was a very good clue for me.(Although John doesn't appear in the names of any of the children. hhmmmmm.)It's so funny, but when my cousn and I were in SCT in 1997, we went to Rothes and something just "felt" different there.Like I was meant to pay more attention to it for some reason.(Balvanie felt the same.It was eerie.)We only knew at that time that my grandmother and parents were in Dundee in the 1860s).So, I do appreciate your keeping my names in mind in your searches. Thanks!
When you say Speymouth was the "nicest" film you had seen, what did you mean?Neatest? Most detailed?Just curious!
As to "talking" before.I don't know.I've been doing genealogy for 20 years, online since 96, so ... I've been ...around!!!(Sometimes as MaineNative; NewEnglander or variants of those).
Where are you?I'm in the DC area.If you don't want to say here, you can reach me at [email protected]
