Hi Pamela,
I have checked all of my information on my Innes family and couldn't come up with a James William born in 1920 in Ontario. I did do a little searching on the internet and came up with quite a few different Innes names that might possibly be places for you to check. I just typed in James's name as well as a John(or Jack)and typed in Ontario or Alberta.Maybe you could try that and see what comes up. I'm afraid thats about the only help I can come up with at the moment.
