Hello Roy

The information which is published, in the History of Scotland book does state, that Hugh Innes was the son, of James Innes and Margaret Kerr.
No it does not state that Hugh had a daughter named Elizabeth. He had two or three sisters. On of whom wed to a certain Capt' Innes from Ireland.
