Ingrams Green, near Halesowen, UK

I have found reference in UK Census to a person whose birthplace (in 1798) was Ingram's Green, Staffordshire but census from other years show birthplace as Langley's Green, Worcestershire. As best I can establish, Langley's Green was (is?) roughly between Oldbury and Smethwick anad may have been in the parish of Halesowen. (it seems to be one of those locations affected by county boundary changes - ? Staffordshire / Worcestershire / Shropshire).

I'm keen to know if anyone has any information regarding Ingrams Green and whether it is (was) the same place as Langley's Green.
Thanks
