Hi, I am researching my wife's family history, her maiden name is Margaret Inglis, I came across a web site with the Ingles of Auchendinnie and Redhall, family tree, which went way back, and had mentioned the unusual name of Rigby twice, can anybody fill in the blank ?. My wife's Grandfather was Seth Rigby Inglis, B 5th Oct 1895, Parents John Inglis and Lucinda Waugh King, M 31st Dec 1885. His Parents were John Inglis and Elizabeth Hogg, M 29th April 1864, all this had taken place in the Parish of Corstorphine Edinburgh. The latter, John on his marriage Certificate mention's in 1864 that he was a widower, and was 34 at the time, his Parents were John Inglis and the only thing I cannot read on this cert is the Mothers name,it could be monro. Any help would be great.
