Hi Andrew
My Inglis are also from Newhaven but I am struggling to find any info about William Inglis possibly born 3 June 1828. I know he married Janet Hume Murray on 21 April 1849 but am stuck with his parents and siblings.
He had a daughter Margaret Hume Inglis born 25 Dec 1849 who married William Logan in 1873 and in 1881 they were living at 89 Main Street.
If you have any info to help I would be glad to hear from you.
