Scott,
I made it down to Scioto County (Portsmouth)to the court house and was able to find the estate of William Ingles. He did not have a will, but his estate was probated. In that, I found one form that listed children and grandchild. He did have a son named William. So the child missing would be William and most likely my William H. H. Ingles. I was able to get a copy of this form and the following children are listed:
John Ingles
Elizabeth Zink
Washington Ingles
Martha Coy (this is Martha Ingles, she married a Coy in Gallia Co ohio - I wonder if this was Martha Coy's, Wm. 2nd wife's son)
Mary Alexander
James Ingles
Samuel Ingles
William Ingles
Washington Ewing (grandson)
John Ewing (grandson)
Sarah Robinson (grand-daughter)
Ella (can not read) Grandaughter
