I am researching a Samuel Ingalls (Ingles) born in Meigs County, Ohio in (abt.) 1822. He had one child named Andrew by his wife of one year Lucinda Sybert.

He then married Elizabeth Webster, b. (abt.) 1832 who had at least 5 children named: Sarah b.1850, Jane b.1854, Hester b.1857, Francis (unknown), John(?)1843.

Samuel died July 09, 1864 in New Orleans, LA. -buried in 117 Monument Cemetary.

Samuel Came to Bond County, settled in S.E. corner of Shoal Creek township sect. 35.

He was in the Civil War, 130th Illinois regiment, company E.

Any information on Samuel would be greatly appreciated.

Samuel was my Great-Great-Great Grandfather.
