I have recently begun to research Ingham genealogy, and can only provide birthdates for the names you listed. I may be a great-grandson of Richard's son Charles B. Ingham. My grandmother knew very little about her husband Charles H. Ingham's family (he died in 1957), recalling only that the family lived in San Francisco, and that her father-in-law (married to Elizabeth O'Connor) had a sister, Gertrude, who married a Dr. Lawson.
This information is from the 1880 census, as reproduced on a website (I don't remember which one):
Richard, b. 1827 in Connecticut, occupation carpenter,
m. Mary, b. 1842 in Ireland
1. Hattie, b. 1866 4. Charles B., b. 1872
2. Richard, b. 1867 5. Rose, b. 1876
3. Dorah, b. 1870 6. Gertrude, b. 1878
Charles B. relocated with his wife and children to San Diego after the 1906 earthquake.
