Could this woman be a daughter of John Ingham and Martha Boyd, both born in Canada?

Caroline Ingham was born about 1822 (gave her age as 45 in 1867)in Canada and married Charles Wood (born about 1810 in Canada) in Ross???, NY (last letters unreadable) June 9, 1838. In the 1850 Federal Census they were living in Town of Antwerp, Jefferson County, NY. In the 1860 census, they were in Town of Lisle, Broome County, NY, at which time Charles gave his occupation as "iron founder." By 1862, they had moved to Cazenovia, Madison County, NY. Charles died there March 29, 1862.

Their children:
Mary (Polly) about 1840
Francis (male) about 1842
Nelson about 1844
William, May 1847
Alice about 1849
Orson Dec. 1851
Caroline E. about 1855

Francis, Nelson, and William enlisted in the Union Army. Francis was killed at Fredericksburg and Nelson died of disease. William was wounded at Gettysburg but survived.

Mary married William V. Walker (they are my 2nd great grandparents). Walker also lost his life in the ACW, starved to death in a Confederate prison in South Carolina.

Of the seven children born to Caroline Ingham and Charles Wood, I have descendants for only Mary, William, and Orson.

Caroline applied for and was granted a monthly stipend of $8, having provided evidence that she was destitute and had depended upon the income from the two sons who died during their military service.

The 1880 census has Caroline declaring that she and both her parents had been born in Canada. 56 years old at that time, she was married to 31-year-old Noble K. Bond, and they were living in Cuyler, Cortland County, NY. I have found no further record of her.

I am seeking any further information on Caroline Ingham and her family.

Thank you.
