Richard Ingersoll marriage: Are Ann and Agnes the same person?

Was Ann (who looks to be the 2nd wife of Richard Ingersoll) and Agnes (who looks to be his first wife) the one and the same. The way info reads, sometimes they are, and then, sometimes they aren't. Can anyone help me figure this out?!!?!?!
