Wilson family in Indonesia

Hi all,

Was wondering if anyone knows anything about the Wilson family in Indonesia.

I only know that they migrated from the UK, probably Scotland, but I don't know when. The names I have are Daniel Wilson and Willem Alexander Jan Wilson. The family roots lie in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Menado (Manado) and Makassar. Daniel was married to Juliana Susanne Zémet, and Willem Alexander Jan was married to Amroh Sadaman (Isadaman)(these are my grandparents). Amroh is a daughter of Ijo Sadaman (Isadaman) and Zaďma of whom I know no last name.

Given the first names of the wilson men, one might also think they mirgated from the Netherlands to Indonesia and had aleady migrated from the UK to the Netherlands. My dad alwasy told me they went form Scotland to Indonesia and then to the Netherlands.

In the 1960's part of the family, my grandparents and my father, migrated to the Netherlands.

Hope someone can shed some light :)!
Good luck everyone!
