Help Wanted, Thomas Connolly b1836c Armagh, Ireland.
On his death cert it states he was born in Markethill, Ireland.
Thomas was in the Imperial Armed Forces and was stationed in India. He married Matilda Payne in India 1860c and migrated to Australia on th "Pera" 10th of Jan 1874.
Private T. Connolly arrived with his wife, three children and one Infant, 2nd Class from Bombay India.
Their Children were: William, Mary Jane, Eliza, James, Matilda, John, Lucinda, Arget Lillias, Laura.
Thomas ran or owned a Hotel in Buningyong, Vic and then settled in Learmonth, Victoria, Australia.
