Hello Agnes

I don't know if this is right but if you were a Christian of any denomation even an Indian Christian or an Anglo-Indian, then your BMDs will be registered in Lahore and a copy would be on computer in London at the Oriental and India Office at the British Library in Euston. www.bl.uk If your parents were Hindu or Muslem then I would imagine the local Temple or Mosque or the Indian Registra's office could help you.

Best of luck.
