Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with any information on the Maher family - Thomas Maher married to Sarah Brogan, and they had at least 2 children I know of Teresa Maher (married to a Brennan in Western Australia) and Matilda Maher (aged 30 in 1904 when married to Frederick Posselt in Western Australia).
Thomas I believe was a band master or soldier in the British army in India, but I do not know where to find any information. I know he was deceased by 1904 as on Matildas Wedding Certificate.
If anyone had any information whatsoever including birth, death and marriage records, immigration record to Australia, or any military record for Thomas, or any other children if would be greatly appreciated.
