Hope thee's a connection. Another item you may already be aware of is that there's a town in Lancashire, England with the name of Ince. I don't know how it got its name. In addition, Ince seems to be a fairly common name in Turkey (where we spent our honeymoon, and also has Hungarian associations (Incze)). Finally, as a boy, I lived in Hornchurch, Essex. The Member of Parliament for that district was Sir Geoffrey (or Godfrey)Ince.
