Barr Sides patent transferred to? later Hildebrandt, Kennedy, and Anderson

I am looking for informatin on a land transfer from Abraham Barr and Abraham Sides to unknown parties for land in sec 17 T25N R4W.

An online search and help from the 1896 ownership plat, tells me the land was owned by the following in 1896:
August HILDEBRANDT
Thomas KENNEDY
S. C. ANDERSON

The land is located northwest of the town of Brookston, although Brookston wasn't platted until 1853, when the railroad went through. The nearest town in the 1830s was probably Springboro, a bit further east, on the White/Carroll Co line.

I want to know if Abraham Barr was father or son, since both had the same name.
